Toast the toast, let it cool down a bit and spread with fat. Spread the ham on the slices of bread. Place pineapple slices on top and cover each with a slice of cheese. Put the slices of toast bread on a baking tray.
Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 5 minutes until the cheese has melted. Garnish with 1 cocktail cherry each.
