Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 8 discs Toast bread (approx. 25 g each)
  • 8 TSP Butter
  • 8 discs cooked ham (approx. 25 g each)
  • 8 discs Pineapple (approx. 25 g each; tin)
  • 8 discs Gouda cheese (approx. 30 g each)
  • 8 Cocktail cherries (glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley leaves

Directions

    ##toast##toast bread and butter it. Spread the ham on the slices of bread. Put pineapple slices on top and cover each with a slice of cheese. Put slices of toast bread on a baking tray.

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 5 minutes until the cheese has melted. Garnish with 1 cocktail## cherry## each. Sprinkle with pepper.

    Possibly garnish with parsley leaves.
