Ingredients

  • 150 ml cold espresso
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Brandy
  • 1 Organic Lemon
  • 4 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 150 g Ladyfingers
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cocoa powder

Directions

    Mix espresso and brandy. Wash lemon hot, grate dry, grate peel thinly. Use the rest of the lemon for other purposes. Beat the egg yolks and sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until creamy.

    Add mascarpone by the spoonful and stir in. Fold in lemon zest.

    Cover the bottom of an ovenproof dish (approx. 16 x 22 cm) with half of the biscuits. Sprinkle with half of the coffee mixture. Spread about half of the cream on top. Repeat the process with the remaining biscuits and coffee mixture.

    Spread the cream loosely over it. Cover and chill for at least 5 hours. Dust with cocoa shortly before serving.
