Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Knead minced meat, onion, egg, breadcrumbs and 1 tablespoon mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Form minced meat mass into 10 meatballs. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meatballs in portions for about 10 minutes, turning them over.
In the meantime cut cheese, cucumber and olives into slices. Peel the mango and cut into slices. Chill the meatballs briefly and garnish with cheese and olive, cucumber and anchovy fillets, mango and chilli sauce. Sprinkle feta cheese with pepper. Arrange the meatballs in paper cuffs
