Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Mixed vegetables Texan style (with corn and red beans)
  • 8-10 Tbsp Chilli sauce (bottle)
  • 75 g Cheddar cheese (piece)
  • 100 g Fresh cream
  • 4 gel. Pepperoni (e.g. mild)
  • 2 (approx. 400 g) Rump steaks
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper

Directions

    Preparation: Drain the vegetables. Mix with chilli sauce. Grate cheese and mix with crème fraîche. Cut pepperoni into rings. Cut steaks into slices.

    At the table: Fry the steak slices on a hot grill or stone, season. Layer in the pans with chilli vegetables and cheese cream. Gratinate under the hot grill. Sprinkle with pepperoni. Tacochips go well with it.
