Tea punch with Köm

Ingredients

  • 300 g Whipped cream
  • 2 l freshly brewed black tea
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 75 g Raisins
  • 75 g almonds without skin
  • 1 (0,7 l) Bottle "De geele Köm" (caraway schnapps)

Directions

    Whip the cream until stiff. Pour 2/3 of very hot tea into heat-resistant tea glasses. Sweeten with sugar to taste. Distribute raisins and almonds into the glasses and fill up with Köm to taste. At the end, pour a dollop of cream on each and serve immediately.
