Crumble the yeast and mix with sugar until the
yeast is liquid. Put flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, oil and 300 ml lukewarm water in a bowl. Add yeast. Knead to a smooth dough. Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes
Peel and chop the onions. Dice the bacon. Cut cheese into slices. Mix crème fraîche and sour cream. Season. Halve the dough and knead again
Grease baking tray (approx. 35 x 40 cm) and dust with flour. Roll out half of the dough thinly. Spread half of the sour cream on top. Cover with half onions, bacon and cheese. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 250 °C/circulating air: 225 °C/gas: level 5) for 8-10 minutes. Take out
Process the remaining dough and topping on a second baking tray and bake in the same way. Cut into pieces and serve hot. Cranberries taste good with it
