Ingredients

  • 6 sheets white gelatine
  • 2 can(s) (315 ml each) Mandarin Oranges
  • 2 (150 g each) Cup of cream yoghurt
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Soak gelatine in plenty of cold water. Put mandarins, except for 8 slices for decoration, into a bowl with juice and puree with the cutting stick of the hand mixer. Stir in yoghurt and sugar. Squeeze the gelatine, dissolve in a hot water bath and stir into the yoghurt mass. Pour the mandarin yoghurt into portion bowls and allow to set in the refrigerator. Decorate with mandarin slices and possibly lemon balm
