Tagliatelle with prawns and spinach

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g fresher or
  • 300 g Frozen leaf spinach
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 12 (approx. 250 g; with bowl and head) raw big prawns
  • 400 g Tagliatelle
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 60 g Butter

Directions

    Clean, wash and slightly drain fresh spinach (defrost frozen spinach according to instructions). Peel onion and garlic. Dice onion, chop garlic. Wash the prawns and pat dry

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes

    Heat 1 tablespoon (10 g) of butter. Sauté onion in it. Add spinach and fry briefly while turning. Season with salt and pepper

    Heat the rest of the butter in a pan and sauté the garlic in it. Add the prawns and fry them for 3-4 minutes, turning

    Drain the pasta and mix with the spinach. Arrange prawns on top. Drizzle the garlic butter over it

    Drink: cool white wine
