Defrost the peas. Clean, wash and slice the zucchini. Clean, wash and slice the spring onions. Cut salmon into strips. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. In the meantime heat oil in a large pan, fry zucchini in it while turning vigorously.
Add spring onions and fry briefly. Add peas, heat up. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the pasta, salmon and crème fraîche and mix well. Season again with salt and pepper. Garnish with basil
