  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 Stem(s) Basil
  • 3 Avocados
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sambal Oelek
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Wash the basil, remove the leaves. Cut avocados in half, remove stones, spoon out flesh. Puree garlic, pulp, basil and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and Sambal Oelek. Cover surface directly with foil until serving. Tastes good with roast beef, ham rolls and egg skewers
