Tableau with ham rolls (Easter break)

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 pack of (100g) Baby salad mix
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Balsamic Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 100 g finely sliced, cooked, smoked ham (e.g. Regensburger Dom-Schinken)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives

Directions

    Wash the salad carefully and drain. Slice the parmesan. Season vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in mustard and oil.

    Mix marinade and salad. Place 2 slices of ham on top of each other in flakes. Spread the salad on top and roll up. Tie together with chives and serve
