T-bone steak with tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 T-bone steak (approx. 800 g)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS dark balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

    Rub the meat with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt. Heat a grill pan and fry the meat on each side for about 2 minutes. Take it out and put it on a preheated baking tray. In a preheated oven (electric cooker: 125 °C/ circulating air: 100 °C/ gas: not suitable) approx. 1

    Wash the tomatoes, dab dry. Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the frying fat and heat again. Sauté the tomatoes in it at medium heat, deglaze with soy sauce and vinegar. Season with pepper and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Take the meat out of the oven, let it rest for a short time and season with pepper. Cut into slices and serve with the tomatoes and sauce. Ciabatta bread tastes good with it
