Ingredients

Servings: 6

  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Corn grains
  • 1 collar radishes or 2 peppers
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 medium onion
  • 100 g Bacon
  • 7-10 Tbsp sliced
  • 8 TABLESPOONS white balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp 4 T-bone steaks (approx. 450 g each)

Directions

  1. 1

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Boil eggs hard. Quench both. Drain noodles, peel eggs. Let them cool down.

  2. 2

Drain the corn. Clean, wash and chop the radishes. Wash cucumber, peel if necessary, halve lengthwise and cut into slices. Peel and finely chop the onion.

  3. 3

Fry the bacon in a pan without fat until crispy. Take out and drain on kitchen paper. Fry onion in hot bacon fat. Add vinegar, salt, pepper and some sugar. Remove from the heat and fold in the oil.

  4. 4

    Mix the noodles and marinade.

  5. 5

Roughly chop the eggs. Add the corn, radishes and cucumber to the noodles. Leave to stand for at least 1 hour. Halve bacon slices and mix in. Season salad to taste.

  6. 6

Dab steaks dry and season with pepper. Grill for 5-6 minutes on each side. Season with salt and serve with the pasta salad. Herb butter tastes good with it.
