Wash potatoes, dab dry and possibly wrap in aluminium foil. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for approx. 1 1/2 hours
Clean, wash and chop the cucumber, tomatoes and salads. Roast sunflower seeds without fat
Rinse steaks and pat dry. Cut the fat edges several times. Fry steaks in hot oil for 6-8 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper
Pour cocktail sauce and seeds over the salad. Cut the potatoes open and add the sour cream. Arrange everything. Served with: garlic baguette
