Wash the meat and dab dry, cut into thin strips. Mix starch, 6 tablespoons of rice wine and 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, stir in meat. Cover and chill for about 1 hour. Cook pasta according to package instructions (4-5 minutes) in boiling salted water. Now and then loosen up with a fork.
Drain, rinse cold and mix with 2 tablespoons of sesame oil. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into pieces. Mushrooms clean and cut into slices. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok. Fry the meat in it while turning. Add prepared vegetables and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Mix 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of rice wine, bouillon and sugar and add, continue cooking for 2 minutes. Remove from the wok and keep warm. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok, add noodles, drizzle 2 tablespoons of soy sauce over it and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add prepared vegetables and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Mix 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of rice wine, bouillon and sugar and add, continue cooking for 2 minutes. Remove from the wok and keep warm. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok, add noodles, drizzle 2 tablespoons of soy sauce over it and fry for 2-3 minutes. Wash the sprouts, drain. Mix the vegetable-meat mixture and sprouts with the noodles. Garnish with Asian chives
