Roughly chop and melt the chocolate, let it cool down. Cream butter, sugar, vanillin sugar and orange peel. Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder and stir in. Stir in chocolate. Grease the moulds (150 ml each). Spread the dough into the moulds.
Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 15-20 minutes. Take out and let cool down. Mix icing sugar with lemon juice until smooth and divide into three. Colour 1/3 with red colour, 1/3 with green colour. Decorate the horses with the icing sugar icing. Leave to dry
