Wash the basil, pluck off the leaves and cut finely. Chop the tomatoes finely. Crumble feta and mix with cream cheese, tomatoes and basil. Season to taste with pepper.
Cut a lid off each pepper, remove the seeds and wash the pods. Dab dry well and fill with the feta cream. Place on grill trays and grill on the hot grill, turning frequently, for 10-12 minutes.
It goes well with toasted flat bread.
