Ingredients

  • 125 g Dark chocolate coating
  • 125 g white couverture
  • 1 cube (25 g each) Coconut oil (e.g. palm oil)
  • 32 (1-2 TABLESPOONS) flaked almonds
  • 16 white marshmallows
  • 1 icing bag

Directions

    Chop the dark and white chocolate coating separately and also separately with 1⁄2 cubes of coconut oil in a hot water bath.

    For the cow's ears, make a small incision with scissors in each upper marshmallow edge on the right and left. Put 1 flaked almond in each. Dip the lower end of the marshmallows slightly unevenly into the light chocolate coating. Then dip an almond ear and some marshmallow into the dark chocolate coating. Leave to dry.

    Pour the remaining dark chocolate coating into a disposable piping bag and cut the tip off just short of the top. Spray eyes and nostrils onto the marshmallows. Leave to dry.
