Ingredients

  • 1/8 l White wine
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 4 TABLESPOONS white rum
  • 1/4 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 125 g Raspberries
  • 125 g Blackberries
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 250 g Cherries
  • 4 balls of lemon sorbet (approx. 50 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon and balm

Directions

    Boil up wine, sugar and lemon juice. Add rum, cinnamon and nutmeg and let cool off. Clean and wash the fruit, stone the cherries. Pour the stock over the fruits and let them stand for about 1 hour.

    Arrange the fruit and a scoop of lemon sorbet on plates. Serve garnished with lemon and lemon balm. Serve with a wafer roll.
