Clean and wash the zucchini and peppers. Cut the zucchini into pieces and dice the bell peppers finely. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Peel and finely dice onions. Wash apples, quarter them, remove seeds and cut into slices. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the fruit and vegetables (put 1/3 of the diced peppers aside for garnishing). Gradually add the remaining oil and braise at low heat for 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop finely. Wash basil, dab dry, pluck leaves from the stalks (put 2-3 leaves aside for garnishing) and cut into strips. Put basil strips and parsley in the fruit-vegetable pan, season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta (collect 50 ml of pasta water) and drain well. Pour the pasta water into the fruit-vegetable pan and mix. Mix the noodles and fruit and vegetable pan and arrange on a plate. Serve garnished with basil and sprinkled with paprika
