Summer fruit salad with caramelized nuts and vanilla ice cream

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 125 g Blueberries
  • 150 g Strawberries
  • 3 Kiwis
  • 1/2 Cantaloup melon
  • 2 Apples
  • 75 ml Orange juice
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 75 g Pistachio kernels
  • 75 g Walnut kernel halves
  • 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream

Directions

    ##Cleberries## Wash and sort. Wash, clean and quarter strawberries. ##Peel, clean and chop the kiwi and melon. ##Apple## wash, clean and cut into small pieces.

    Put the orange juice and fruit in a bowl. Caramelise the sugar in a pan. Add nuts and mix well, then place on a piece of baking paper and let it cool down. ##Coarsely chop the nuts and seeds.

    Arrange fruit salad in bowls, sprinkle with seeds and nuts and serve with one scoop of ##vanilla## ice cream each.
