Whisk QimiQ smooth. Add the apple puree, lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon and mix well Finally fold in the whipped cream
Mix milk with cinnamon in a bowl. Briefly dip the lady fingers into the milk-cinnamon mixture and place them in layers with the apple cream in a bowl. Finish with the cream.
Let the tiramisu soak in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (preferably overnight). Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving.
