Ingredients

Servings: 9
  • 250 g Pork sausage
  • 125 g Gherkins + approx.
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Cucumber stock (a. d. glass)
  • 150 g (25 g) + 1 tablespoon salad cream
  • 75-100 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, 1 pinch of sugar
  • 10 Tomatoes (1-1,2 kg)
  • 1 small freezer bag
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Cut sausage and gherkins finely. Mix 150 g salad cream, yoghurt and gherkin stock, season. Mix with sausage and gherkins

    Wash the tomatoes, cut off 1 lid each. Hollow out the tomatoes with a teaspoon, fill with salad. Sprinkle the lid with salad cream spots, place on top. Garnish with parsley
