Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Chickpeas
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 100 ml Sesame paste (tahini)
  • 75 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1 lemon, salt
  • 1/2 TEASPOON ground cumin
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp flat leaf parsley

Directions

    Drain the chickpeas well. Peel the garlic and chop it coarsely. Puree both finely

    Stir in sesame paste, yoghurt and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and cumin. Serve, drizzle olive oil over it. Dust with paprika and garnish with parsley
