Stuffed pork steaks

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 125 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 4 released pork chops (approx. 150 g each)
  • 1/2 TEASPOON dried oregano
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 200 g ribbon noodles
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp sweet paprika, sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Drain the mozzarella. Wash the tomatoes. Cut everything into 4 slices. Dab meat dry, cut 1 pocket in each. Season with oregano. Fill with cheese and tomatoes, put in

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the meat for 4-5 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper

    Meanwhile cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. Pour off

    Peel and chop onion and garlic. Sauté in 1 tbsp. hot oil. Add tomatoes with juice, chop a little. Let the sauce thicken. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika and sugar. Serve everything

    Drink: cool rosé wine
