Clean, wash and slice the peppers. Peel, wash and quarter potatoes lengthwise. Mix potatoes and peppers with 3 tbsp. oil, sea salt and pepper. Halve garlic, remove 1 clove

In the meantime clean, wash and grate the cucumber. Peel and finely chop the garlic clove. Squeeze the cucumber a little bit, mix with yoghurt and garlic. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice, chill.
Chop and mix the pickled peppers and feta. Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead minced meat, breadcrumbs, onion, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika, tomato paste, Italian herbs, egg and 1/2 tsp pepper.
Form 8 meatballs from the mince mixture, filling each with 1/2 tsp. feta-pepper mixture. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, fry the meatballs on each side for about 4 minutes at medium heat, remove.
Arrange potatoes, peppers and meatballs on plates, add tzatziki.
