Clean, wash and cut the peppers and courgettes into pieces. Peel onions and garlic. Dice onions. Chop or crush garlic. Drain mozzarella and cut into slices
Heat the oil in a pan. Fry onions, zucchini and peppers for about 4 minutes. Add garlic and rosemary. Steam for another 1-2 minutes, season to taste
To fill the bread, cut out a lid a little deeper so that a narrow edge remains. Fill in vegetables. Cover with cheese. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 10-12 minutes. Bake the lid of the bread and add butter if necessary
