Cleaning and washing vegetables. Peel the cucumber, if necessary, and cut into thick slices. Cut a lid off the tomatoes and remove seeds with a teaspoon. Cut the celery into pieces of about 4 cm length. Halve small peppers lengthwise, remove seeds. Quarter large bell peppers lengthwise. Wash and finely chop the chives.
Dice the cheese, knead with curd cheese, season with salt and cayenne pepper. Pour the cheese mixture into the prepared vegetables. Arrange and sprinkle with chive rolls
