Stuffed eggs with prawns

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 12 cooked prawns ready for cooking
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 100 g Salad Mayonnaise
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes in boiling water until hard. Rinse in cold water and peel. Cut shrimps into small cubes. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls, except for a little garnish

    Halve the eggs and remove the yolks. Mash 2 egg yolks with a fork and mix with mayonnaise, chives and prawns. Season with salt and pepper. Fill egg halves with the mixture. Grate 2 egg yolks finely and sprinkle over the filled eggs. Garnish with chives
