Stuffed baby pineapple

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 Baby pineapple (approx. 300 g each)
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) Papaya
  • 3 (approx. 150 g) Kiwis
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lime
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 150 g Cream-Yoghurt
  • 4 TABLESPOONS double cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Coconut flake

Directions

    Peel and quarter a pineapple and remove the stalk. Dice the flesh. Cut the rest of the pineapple in half lengthwise and cut out the stalk. Peel and halve the papaya and scrape out the seeds. Dice the flesh as well.

    Peel and chop the kiwis. Mix the fruit, lime juice and vanilla sugar and let it stand for about 30 minutes. Mix yoghurt, double cream and grated coconut. Mix fruit salad again and fill into the pineapple halves. Add the coconut cream
