Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 600 g Fillet of beef
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 4 Gherkins
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 1/4 l Meat broth (instant)
  • 1 (250 g ) Mug of sour cream
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Wash the meat and dab dry. Cut fillet into strips. Peel and finely dice onions. Wash, clean and slice the mushrooms. Cut cucumbers into sticks. Heat the fat in a pan and fry the meat in portions.

    Season with salt and pepper. Remove meat from the pan and set aside. Sauté onions and mushrooms in the frying fat, dust with flour and sauté. Deglaze with the stock and bring to the boil while stirring.

    Add the sour cream and mustard. Add fillet strips and cucumber sticks and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Serve garnished with parsley.
