Hoof steak with zucchini flower

Ingredients

  • 150 g Hoof steak
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Slice of tomato
  • 1 TABLESPOON grated medieval Gouda cheese
  • 2 discs Baguette bread
  • 10 g Herb Butter
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS chilli sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley and green pepper panicle

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry. Wash, clean and slice the zucchini. Sprinkle with salt and place on an ovenproof plate in the shape of a flower. Place the tomato slice in the middle of the flower and sprinkle with cheese. Spread baguette slices with herb butter and place them on the plate. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200°C/ gas: level 3) for about 7 minutes. In the meantime heat oil in a pan and fry the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Put the steak on the plate with the bread and the zucchini flower. Add sauce, garnish with green pepper and parsley
