Strawberry yoghurt cream with crunchy muesli

Ingredients

  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 300 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 4 Pieces of "Scho-Ka-Kola" (from the can)
  • 100 g crunchy muesli

Directions

    Wash, clean and finely dice the strawberries, except for 4 pieces. Mix with 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and let it stand for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, mix yoghurt and quark with 3 tbsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. lemon juice.

    Finely mash the strawberry cubes with a fork. Roughly chop the Scho-Ka-Kola and mix half with muesli. Divide into four glasses. Distribute yoghurt cream and strawberry puree in layers in the glasses, starting with the cream.

    Lightly swirl cream and puree with a fork.

    Halve the remaining strawberries and spread them on the cream. Spread the rest of the Scho-Ka-Kola on the cream as well. Serve immediately.
