Preheat oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Heat an ovenproof pan (approx. 24 cm Ø) in a hot oven for approx. 5 minutes.
Melt 15 g butter. Mix milk, eggs, sugar and 1 pinch of salt with the whisk of the mixer. Stir in flour briefly.
Remove the pan from the oven (caution, hot!) and grease it with a kitchen brush. Pour half of the dough into the pan. Bake in the oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: see manufacturer) for about 10 minutes.
Then reduce the oven temperature (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: see manufacturer) and bake the pancake for about 10 minutes.
Take the pan out of the oven. Remove pancakes from the pan. Bake another pancake from the remaining dough. Serve the pancakes with apple cabbage, honey, fruit compote, chocolate sauce or cheese.
