Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g Flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS hot water
  • 7-10 Tbsp Strawberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp red glaze
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar

Directions

    Cream eggs and sugar and water. Sift in the flour and fold in. Pour the dough into a cake tin and bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.

    Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. 1 - 2 TABLESPOONS. Add sugar and leave to stand for about 15 minutes (until sugar is dissolved). Then spread the strawberries on the cake. Use strawberry juice for the cake glaze.

    Prepare this according to the package instructions and spread it quickly on the strawberries.
