Strawberry shrimp skewers with pistachio pesto

  • 12 large cooked shrimps
  • 8 piece(s) Strawberries
  • 60 g unsalted pistachios
  • 1 half bunch of basil
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 toe/s Garlic

Directions

    Remove the green from the strawberry. Mount the skewers alternately with a shrimp and a strawberry. Prepare the pesto. For this, mix the basil, olive oil, pistachios and garlic in a blender. Add salt and pepper.

    Grill the spit in a pan. Spread the pesto on the skewers. Tastes particularly good as an aperitif or as an appetizer with a zucchini salad.
