Heat 75 g cream. Break chocolate into pieces and melt in the cream while stirring. Stir in grated coconut. Leave to cool slightly.
Wash and clean the strawberries and cut them into small pieces, except for 2 large berries. Blend half the strawberries with a hand blender. Mix quark, sugar, vanilla sugar and strawberry puree. Whip the rest of the cream until stiff.
First fold in cream, then finely chopped strawberries.
Pour the strawberry quark into four glasses and sprinkle with the chocolate sauce. Cut the remaining strawberries into slices and spread on top.
