  • 250 g ripe strawberries
  • 1 lime, 1 vanilla pod
  • 250 g white candy
  • 1 (0,7 l) Double-grain bottle, possibly gauze cloth (38 vol. %)

    Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Wash lime hot, cut into thin slices. Carve the pod

    Pour everything with the candy into a large preserving jar (approx. 1 l capacity). Fill up with corn, close. Let stand at room temperature for 4-5 weeks. Shake every 2 days

    Filter the strawberries and the liquid through a fine sieve or a sieve lined with gauze. Squeeze the fruit gently. Pour the liqueur into a clean bottle, close it

    Tip: Top up with cool sparkling wine. Shelf life 9-12 months
