Ingredients

  • 400 g Strawberries
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 300 g Fresh cream
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 1 package Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 2-4 Tbsp demerara sugar

Directions

    Wash, drain, clean and halve the strawberries. Mix cream cheese, crème fraîche, sugar and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer

    Place the strawberries in 4 heat-resistant moulds. Spread cream cheese cream on top. Sprinkle each with 1/2-1 tbsp. brown sugar. Heat with a Bunsen burner until the sugar caramelises
