Ingredients

  • 750 g Strawberries
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Strawberry liqueur
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1/2 potty Peppermint
  • 150 g Fresh cream

Directions

    Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Mix strawberry liqueur and sugar. Marinate the strawberries for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, wash the mint and cut the leaves into fine strips.

    Drain the strawberries and collect the marinade. Mix crème fraîche, marinade and mint strips. Pour strawberries and sauce into dessert glasses. Garnish with mint leaves as desired
