Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 125 g + 375 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 4 TABLESPOONS oil, 1 egg (size M)
  • 50 g Diabetic sweetness
  • 2-3 drop of butter vanilla aroma, 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 g + some flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp liquid sweetener
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 500 g cleaned strawberries
  • 25 g Dark chocolate

Directions

  1. 1

Grease 6 tartlet moulds (approx. 10 cm Ø). Put 125 g quark, oil, egg, sweetness, flavour and salt in a bowl. Mix 250 g flour and baking powder, sieve on top. Knead everything smooth. Halve the dough, put half of it in a cool place

  2. 2

Divide the other half of the dough into 6 portions. Roll out each to a small amount of flour (approx. 12 cm Ø) and line the moulds with it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes. Let them cool down. Bake the remaining dough in the same way

  3. 3

Season 375 g quark with sweetener. Whip cream until stiff and fold in. Spread over the tartlets. Quarter the strawberries and place them on the quark cream. Finely chop the chocolate and sprinkle over the tartlets

  4. 4

The tartlets are easy to freeze without topping. If you only want to bake 6 pieces: cut all ingredients for the quark and oil dough in half and replace half the egg with 2 tablespoons of milk
