Place 12 ovenproof cups on a baking tray. Grease the cardboard cups (or form small cone bags from baking paper) and place them in the cups. Preheat the oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: see
manufacturer). Mix flour, baking powder and brittle. Mix eggs, 100 g sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 6 tablespoons oil and milk. Stir in flour mixture briefly.
Spread the dough on the paper cups (or cone bags). Bake in a hot oven for about 25 minutes. Take out, let cool down.
Loosen small trees from the cups (or sachets). Straighten the curved side. Cut out 1 circle from each section as a tree trunk (approx. 1.5 cm Ø). Work the rest of the sections into pralines as desired.
Wash the lime hot, dab dry and finely grate the peel. Grate the peel and 4 tablespoons of sugar with your fingers until the sugar turns a soft green colour. Squeeze the lime. Mix icing sugar with 2-3 tbsp. juice to a thick, creamy glaze (if necessary, set aside approx. 4 tsp. for the pralines). Dribble over the little trees. Sprinkle with lime sugar (use the rest for the pralines if necessary or keep them airtight). Decorate with sugar pearls as desired. Leave to dry
