Strawberries with tiddly vanilla ice cream

  • 500 g Vanilla ice cream
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 1 knife tip Anise powder
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Let the vanilla ice cream thaw at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Arrange strawberries in deep plates or dessert bowls. Stir vanilla ice cream until creamy with the whisks of the hand mixer.

    Stir in aniseed and liqueur. Spread ice cream on the strawberries, dust with icing sugar and decorate with lemon balm. Serve immediately.
