Roast the grated coconut in a pan without fat until golden brown. Heat 75 g cream, chop chocolate and melt in it while stirring. Let it cool down a little bit. Fold in grated coconut and let it cool down.
Clean, wash and drain the strawberries. Put 2 strawberries aside for decoration. Mix sugar and quark. Puree 1/3 of the strawberries with the chopping stick and fold into the quark. Halve or quarter the remaining strawberries depending on their size.
Whip 100 g cream until stiff, fold into the quark with the strawberry pieces. Fill strawberry quark into glasses. Drizzle with chocolate sauce. Halve the remaining strawberries and cut into fans. Decorate the quark with it.
