Clean, wash and slice the strawberries. Wash the lime hot, grate dry and finely grate the peel. Halve lime and squeeze 1 half. Put strawberries, lime juice and zest in a bowl, sieve 75 g icing sugar over it and mix everything.
Coarsely crumble Amarettini. Place the strawberries with marinade in 4 ovenproof dishes. Spread butter in flakes and amarettini on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric range: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 4) for 5-8 minutes.
Remove the moulds, allow to cool briefly, dust each with a little icing sugar and serve with 1 scoop of ice cream.
