Stracciatella ice cream with fruit sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 ml Stracciatella ice cream
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1 small banana
  • 7-10 Tbsp some strawberries and small macaroons

Directions

    Let the ice thaw a little. Wash, clean and puree the strawberries. Add vanillin sugar, except for 1 teaspoon. Season to taste with lemon juice. Whip the cream until stiff. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar.

    Peel the banana and cut into thin slices. Wash the strawberries, dab dry and cut in half. Cut ice cream into slices. Serve with the sauce. Fill cream into a piping bag with a perforated spout as desired.

    Spray a large tuff of cream onto each plate. Decorate dessert with banana slices, strawberries and macaroons and serve immediately.
