Ingredients

  • 800 g Stone bite filet
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 100 g yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g Shallots
  • 2 stem(s) Dill
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 75 ml dry white wine
  • 50 g black olives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp parchment paper

    Wash the fish and cut wide strips. Sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. Clean and wash the tomatoes. Slice big tomatoes, cut small ones in half. Peel shallots and cut into rings. Wash and chop the dill. Wash lemon, cut into slices.

    It is best to line 2 casseroles with plenty of parchment paper (leave to stand). Spread the prepared ingredients in them. Season with pepper and sprinkle with white wine. Sprinkle dill over it. Cover with excess parchment. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for about 12 minutes. Serve sprinkled with olives and basil leaves
