Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 8 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 2 stem(s) Rosemary (from the potty)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of Tabasco
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon and rosemary

Directions

    Clean, wash and cross-cut the tomatoes. Scald with boiling water, rinse and peel the skin. Cut the tomatoes into eighths. Wash the rosemary and remove the leaves. Heat the oil in a large pan.

    Steam the tomatoes and rosemary for three minutes at low heat. Season with salt, tabasco and lemon juice. Garnish with lemon and rosemary.
