Ingredients

  • 30 g Long grain rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 100 g peeled carrot
  • 50 g cleaned peppers
  • 1 (20 g) cleaned spring onion, 10 g mung bean seedlings
  • 1 (100 g) Pork steak
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Almond slivers

Directions

    Put the rice in about 1/8 l boiling salted water. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. Wash vegetables and sprouts. Cut vegetables into small pieces. Wash steak if necessary, dab dry. Fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.

    Seasoning. Add vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes. Season with soy sauce and pepper. Fold the almonds into the rice. Serve everything.
