Put the rice in about 1/8 l boiling salted water. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. Wash vegetables and sprouts. Cut vegetables into small pieces. Wash steak if necessary, dab dry. Fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Seasoning. Add vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes. Season with soy sauce and pepper. Fold the almonds into the rice. Serve everything.
